Welcome to Nouvea. By using our website or purchasing our coaching services, you agree to the following terms.
Our services
Nouvea provides personalised online fitness and nutrition coaching, including exercise programming, educational resources and ongoing support.
Our services are designed to support general health, fitness and wellbeing.
Health and medical considerations
Nouvea coaching does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should seek guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning exercise where necessary, particularly during pregnancy, following childbirth or when managing a medical condition.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information and informing their coach of any changes that may affect their programme.
MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
Nouvea coaching is offered as a monthly membership, billed monthly at the price agreed when you join.
There is no minimum commitment and you may cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect before your next billing date, provided your cancellation request is received before that payment is processed.
Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You will continue to have access to your coaching services until the end of your current paid membership period.
Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance and will not be applied retrospectively to payments already made.
Results
Every individual is different. While we provide evidence-based guidance and personalised support, specific fitness, health or physical results cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
All Nouvea programmes, videos, educational materials and website content remain the intellectual property of Nouvea unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without permission.
